What we do

Six services, one team

Use one service, or combine them. The same engineers plan, build and support the work.

Cloud services

AWS environments that are secure, documented and built so costs stay visible.

  • Account setup, identity and access control
  • Networks, servers, storage and databases
  • Terraform and automated deployment pipelines
  • Monitoring, backups and cost alerts
Ask about this service

Network engineering

Networks that are planned, documented and secured, from the office switch to the cloud.

  • LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting
  • Routing, switching, VLANs and IP plans
  • Firewalls and VPN between sites and the cloud
  • AWS networking: VPCs, subnets, connectivity

Help desk

Responsive first-line support that solves common problems fast and escalates the hard ones with the right details.

  • User accounts, access and password support
  • Microsoft 365 and device support
  • Ticket handling and clear escalation
  • Remote troubleshooting and guidance

Field technician

On-site technical work done properly, with equipment connected, working and documented before we leave.

  • Workstation, laptop and peripheral setup
  • Cabling, racks and network equipment
  • Site visits, break-fix and hardware replacement
  • Device rollouts and asset records

IT solution services

Planning and delivering IT projects from first conversation to documented handover.

  • Assessment of your current setup
  • Cloud migration and automation
  • Security hardening
  • Documentation and handover

How we work

The same four steps on every job

Step 1

Listen

We learn what you need, what you already have and what the work has to achieve.

Step 2

Plan

A clear scope and approach, agreed with you before any work starts.

Step 3

Deliver

The work is done and tested against what we agreed.

Step 4

Hand over

Documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can run it without us.

What you can expect

Clear scope, plain language, work you keep

A written scope before work starts

You know what is included, what is not, and what happens next.

Plain-English updates

We explain what we found and what we did without jargon.

Documentation you keep

Diagrams, settings and notes are handed over, so you are never locked in to us.

Honest advice

If a simpler or cheaper option fits, we will say so, even when it means less work for us.

Selected work

Built, broken, fixed and documented

Our projects are public, so you can read the code and the incident notes before you hire us.

Self-hosted collaboration platform

A file collaboration service on AWS: containers, a managed database and shared storage behind a load balancer, all built with Terraform and a pull-request pipeline. Resilience proven by replacing the running container, with five incidents written up.

View on GitHub

Cloud platform as code

Reusable Terraform modules for networking, databases and services, deployed by a pipeline that plans on every pull request and applies on merge, with no stored AWS keys.

View on GitHub

Container hardening

A Docker stack taken from a naive image to a hardened four-service setup: rebuilds from 11.8 to 1.8 seconds, security findings from 471 to 45, four documented incidents and a CI pipeline that tests, scans and publishes.

View on GitHub

AWS cost guardrails

A read-only scanner that finds billable AWS resources across every region, a Terraform budget module with alerts, and a daily scheduled scan.
